Routely respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect your name, email address, and usage data (tasks, routing rules, team structure) necessary to provide the service. We also collect billing information via Stripe.
We use your data to operate and improve Routely, send transactional notifications (task assignments, reminders), and process payments. We do not sell your data.
We use Clerk (authentication), Neon (database), Resend (email), Inngest (background jobs), and Stripe (payments). Each has their own privacy policy governing your data on their platforms.
We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
